Role on Project: On-site staffing, supervision and planning

Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and directing activities of electrical work at the project site. Kevin is also involved early on to review drawings and specifications providing technical input related to workflow, scheduling and installation requirements. Kevin reviews the project to address and resolve constructability issue, organizes the site setup, work crews and coordinate material deliveries. During construction, Kevin investigates options to expedite the installation of the electrical work. Kevin also coordinates Gurtz Electric’s office activities with field operations, safety, EEO/minority participation programs, OSHA regulations, inspections, reports for project management, and project close-out.

Kevin has more than 35 years of electrical contracting experience, and has played key roles on several of Gurtz Electric Co’s hospital and healthcare projects.
